CSJH and CRMH Working Together

One Friday morning 6 AM E Mail from CSJH to Ryan Mullins and the Social Services team at CRMH put into motion an amazing response! By 8 AM the CRMH team had assigned Carly Villarreal (an expert and a star!) to help us with a complicated patient care issue @ Stonewall. By 9 AM she had reviewed the chart and had the beginnings of a plan. We all met in a conference call at 9:15. Throughout the day Carly and many other folks at CRMH assisted us in the development of a plan for this patients safe disposition. Everyone had good spirit despite a very difficult situation.  By 6 PM the plan succeeded! Many thanks to all at CRMH from your friends at Stonewall!  This was amazingly well done!  We are very grateful and so impressed (and Carly rocks by the way!!).
