Comments from the family member:
In my family's opinion Heather Hall is a “Nursing Hero”! We are so honored to nominate Heather for her extraordinary clinical nursing skills and compassion for her patients. Heather goes above and beyond her incredible Nursing skills to care for her patients, she insures her patients are receiving the best of care always, she takes the time needed with her patients to educate in areas as needed for their complete healing and their recovery back to health. I.e. wound care, proper care, in her absence, to include administering medications and proper procedures and care for a Picc line explaining thoroughly the process, which can be confusing for a novice. However, she made the process easy! Heather is warm, friendly and compassionate. She has the human healing touch so needed in patient care and recovery. She makes her patients feel truly cared for and cared about. Last but not least, Heather takes the time before leaving a home to ask if there is anything she can do further for the patients. She truly cares about needs of the patient. My family is truly grateful for Heather and her “extraordinary compassion, clinical skills and care! A true blessing for any patient that is fortunate to have her caring for them or a loved one.
