Kudos to a resident

Our unit (8SR) have had many great residents working with us (I can't recall everyone's names but there are lots more) but I  wanted to give you a personal thank you/kudos/shoutout because you are always so personable with the patients, help nursing staff greatly by being approachable and always listen to us even on minor things.  Thanks for your eagerness to jump in and help, being a great team player, and truly showing that you have the patient's best interest at heart.

We had a recent patient that was a heartbreaking case.  The family voiced that she appreciated you greatly in their time of need.
