Save the Date: Open Enrollment, Benefits Fairs and Site Visits Coming Soon!
Your Carilion Rewards include your pay and all the benefits and rewards that you get as a Carilion employee. One of the perks of those rewards is being able to choose the benefits that are best for you. This year’s open enrollment is Nov. 1 – 18.
There will be some changes this year, and coming Oct. 24, there will be a new interactive online benefits counselor, ALEX®, to help you understand your choices. As always, you’ll be able to update and select your benefits through My Total Access.
In addition to ALEX®, Human Resources representatives and vendors will answer questions at benefits fairs that will be held:
- Monday, Oct. 28: 7 – 11 a.m., noon – 4 p.m., CRMH Sixth Floor Auditorium
- Tuesday, Oct. 29: 7 – 11 a.m., noon – 4 p.m., CNRV Fireside A
- Wednesday, Oct. 30: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Charter Hall at Roanoke City Market Building
Our benefits team will also visit community hospitals to answer your benefits questions. Site visits will be held:
- Monday, Nov. 4: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., CSJH Conf. Room A
- Tuesday, Nov. 5: 10 a.m. – noon, CTCH Board Room
- Wednesday, Nov. 6: 10 a.m. – noon, CGCH Cascades Room
- Friday, Nov. 8: 10 a.m. – noon, CFMH Auditorium 1, 2, 3 and 4
If you can’t make a benefits fair or site visit, you will be able to watch a presentation of open enrollment options on Cornerstone OnDemand.
