Caring
My youngest son and I had to take my husband to the ED on March 16th at 5:30 am with chest pain, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate and dizziness. Within minutes he was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia. The ED doctor was Dr Neale ( I think that was her name ). She was great and stayed by my husband'' side through each treatment they tried. The patient rep, Andrew was very compassionate and stayed with me and my son until the end of his shift and then Ashley took over. Also very compassionate. He saw Dr Allen a cardiologist in the ED and he followed him till discharge. Appreciated his care and concern. He ended up being admitted as nothing in the ED was working to bring the pulse down. Frances , clinical associate also very caring transported him to intensive Care CCU. The following nurses were extraordinary in their care: Sunny Kook, Tim House, Meghan ,Sarah and Becca Rogers. He ended up having an ablation on Monday. Dr Massaro who did the ablation was very thoughtful, caring and eager to find the solution. Easy to see he not only cares about the patient but the family. My husband is now home recuperating. Thanks to those who went above and beyond. It was appreciated.
