Robin Lozano helps visitor with oxygen crisis

Today as I was eating lunch in the Mountain View cafe I witnessed a visitor and his family in distress because his battery operated oxygen machine wasn't working and was alarming.  Robin, a Respiratory Therapist here at Carilion Roanoke came to the rescue.   She asked if he had an O2 tank and he stated that he hadn't needed one because of the machine.  Robin asked him to wait there.  A short while later Robin returned with oxygen for him and prevented a crisis.  Robin thanks for being there and thank you for all you do for our patient's and in this case our visitors and family's.
