Break time turn hero time

I am a young mother of three and Carilion employee. After work yesterday, I had to pick up my hardwood flooring from the store after work. With my husband being out of the country, I was facing getting it to my house alone, when the entire 1,500 pound pallet fell off of tge back of the truck. I was in the three way intersection in front of RMH knew it was going to be an incredible challenge to unpack the pallet and get 20 very heavy boxes from ground level back onto the truckbed without hurting myself or getting hit by traffic. Before I could get the truck back to the pallet and park, several employees who were on break ran over and began taking the pallet apart and putting the load back in the truck. I am amazed by their helpfulness and as an exhausted mommy to three kids, including a newborn, these women who jumped in to help are my heroes! I cannot thank them enough. I don't know their names, but I wished I did.
