Excellent Customer Service

Shoutout to Shannon in Billing/Customer Service. I have been working on a billing issue for myself and my family for the past month, without resolve. Today I spoke with Shannon who was apologetic (even when this issue was not her fault) and was able to fix the problem quickly. Billing is a difficult area to work in, but having experienced the confusing patient side of things it is nice to know we have someone like Shannon available.
