One morning as I was coming into work, I observed this act of kindness by Jessica. There was an elderly gentleman in front of the Medical Office Building confused and not sure where to go for his appointment.  Jessica laid all of her things she was carrying down and got out her cell phone to assist the man to find his location.  She was fully engaged in helping this man find out where he needed to be before she even got to work!
