Shout out to the outstanding staff of the child and adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit. You are succeeding in creating a peaceful and compassionate atmosphere for our children with severe behavior problems. Thanks for all of your efforts to come up with creative behavioral solutions for agitated and aggressive children and adolescents. Thanks for giving these children a chance to succeed without mechanical restraint or seclusion. You make this place a haven for the region's sickest children. It is a pleasure to work with you.
