Angie Chitwood - Compassionate Care Extraordinaire!!

We received this compliment today from one of our patients at Franklin Memorial Hospital: "I recently had the occasion to  visit the Cardiology Department there at your hospital recently.  I was very impressed at the personal manner in which I was received.  All of your staff were very helpful and saw that I was well informed of all aspects of my visit.  I wanted to mention one area that I  was very impressed at.  Following my appointment, upon leaving,  I found myself extremely lost!!!  When you are an Academically Challenged individual as I am, this is a frequent occurrence.  I also am limited to my motivation, and to compound matters additionally, it was raining in sheets outside.  A very nice lady noticed my looks of bewilderment and offered  her help, went out of her   way in assisting me to my car  in a complex way,without getting soaked.  I was so impressed at this kind gesture.  You seldom see such caring and sincere individuals.  It meant a lot to me, and I noticed the young ladies ID badge had Ms. Chitwood from Imaging.  I wanted to compliment you on employing such sincere individuals !!!  Hats Off To You for having such top notch professionals in your team !!!" - Many thanks to Angie and the Cardiology team at Franklin for providing such passionate care!!
