On December 1st the ER staff was very busy and so was other staff, I was there with my family that was a patient and Bridgett was working the ER as a housekeeper, she was continuously working every time I seen her. We had been there for a while, we had asked one of the nurses for a blanket after we had first got there, due to them being busy and working with other patients we had not received the blanket. Bridgett stopped and asked my family if we needed anything, we asked for a blanket, and she went and got us a blanket. She asked if we needed anything else, I asked for a coffee, and she did not hesitate to rush and get me one since we had been there so long. She checked on us several times to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything else. Sometimes just a kind word and having someone to talk to the way Bridgett did means more than anything. She goes above and beyond for patients. She was very sweet and kind that day, I will never forget my experience at Tazewell Carilion. She had that ER looking good, I was very impressed. Big shoutout to this housekeeper.
