Dr. Zielinski- Philippines Mission Trip

We’re proud to recognize Julie Zielinski, MD, Pediatric Orthopaedic physician, for her impactful global outreach work with Cure International’s Tebow Cure Hospital in Davao City, Philippines.

During a month-long mission, she provided hands-on surgical care for children with complex Orthopaedic conditions, many of whom traveled from remote areas without prior access to treatment. In addition to seeing patients in clinic and the operating room, she delivered daily teaching sessions and mentored local physicians and residents—helping expand pediatric Orthopaedic expertise in the region.

The hospital’s outreach efforts, which bring children and families from rural communities into the city for life-changing care, left a lasting impression. She praised the compassion and dedication of the Filipino care teams and is already planning a return trip next year to continue supporting their mission.
