Small Actions, Big Impact

Carrie Williamson went above and beyond to make a meaningful impact in a patient’s life. While helping coordinate Meals on Wheels, she noticed the patient had missed multiple important phone messages because his ringer was turned off, including outreach from healthcare facilities and home health. Thanks to Carrie’s attentiveness and compassion, she helped resolve the phone issue, discovered that home health services had been discontinued due to missed contact, and helped get the patient reconnected so he could continue on his path to wellness. She even took the time to adjust the clock in his car for daylight saving time. Carrie’s kindness, initiative, and dedication truly made a difference.
