PACU PERFection!!!!

THANK YOU from the bottom of our HEARTS (Pun Intended) to the CST PACU for their collaboration and teamwork this past weekend. Throughout 2 days, Saturday and Sunday 3/21-3/22, the Cath Lab had 7 STEMI alerts and patients through the lab, many overlapping on Saturday. With a full house, Lindsay Day's team rose to the occasion and accepted 3 of our back-to-back STEMI patients while waiting on beds to open. Her nurses were called in from home to care for our critically ill heart patients, allowing the Cath lab call to team to continue procedures and avoid delay of care. INCREDIBLE teamwork, we are grateful and humbled by the collaborative efforts.
