Pass It On

I want to recognize Nicholas Kline and Phazon Nash for being instrumental in helping roll out a staff appreciation program for the RMH ED. They have helped develop a Pass It On program where a special badge pin is worn by an individual in the ED for going above and beyond for their patients, their colleagues or for the department. After a week of having the badge pin, the individual passes it on to another member of the ED team and fills out a short form about why they are recognizing the next individual. These responses are collected and sent to supervisors and the department as a whole. Nicholas and Phazon have helped so much in getting this program started and the feedback so far has been very positive. Thanks so much for all that you do!
