Patient Privacy Handout Now Available

When our patients have questions about their protected health information, we have a new resource available. 

“Patient Privacy: Your Questions Answered” is a flyer/handout that covers these topics:

• Who may request the patient’s medical records
• Who may discuss the patient's care
• Who may access the patient's medical information
• MyChart Proxy
• Information on confidential patient status
• The patient's right to request an amendment to their medical record

It is available from our Document Center to either order or download and print from your office printer.
