This week, we’re joining colleagues across the world to celebrate International Infection Prevention Week (IIPW).
Each October, IIPW recognizes the vital role infection prevention plays in protecting patients, team members, and our communities worldwide. This year’s theme, Infection Prevention is a Team Sport, emphasizes collaboration and shared responsibility in fighting infections across all sectors. The theme reminds us that every person, every action, and every moment counts toward safe, high-quality care.
