Thank you summer interns!

As the 2025 Carilion Clinic Internship Program comes to a close, we want to express our heartfelt thanks. Thank you interns and leaders for showing up not just with your time and talent, but with your whole selves. You ALL brought energy, empathy, and a willingness to grow, and in doing so, you became part of something bigger.

You didn’t just complete an internship. You lived out the values that define who we are at Carilion.

You demonstrated compassion in your interactions, offering kindness and understanding.
You embraced courage as you stepped into new and unfamiliar spaces.
You brought curiosity into every experience, eager to learn and ask questions.
You showed commitment by giving your best effort every day, even when the work was challenging.

And above all, you embodied collaboration, lifting one another up and supporting your teams.

To our summer interns, as you continue your education and pursue your goals, know that our doors are always open to you, our community is cheering you on, and we are proud of everything you've done and everything you are yet to do.
