July 15: Nexus Go-live Guide for Leaders and Shankar, the Virtual Sherpa released. Begin registering for instructor-led class sessions.
July 29: Nexus Go-live Guide for Employees released.
August
Aug 1: All classes in Cornerstone. Begin taking classes
Aug 4: All Nexus Connectors, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and TSG Staff receive invitations to access Exploration Environment
Aug18: All leaders receive invitations to access the Exploration Environment
Aug 18: UKG Pro Workforce Management labs begin for Managers/Editors in Basic and Advanced units
Aug 26 – Sept 1: Abbreviated employee sign-up period for schedule Oct 5 – Nov 1

Sept 2 – 15: Schedule balancing
Sept 2: All employees receive invitations to access Exploration Environment
Sept 12: Many activities begin a data freeze as data is loaded into Workday
Sept 16: Pre Go-Live UKG Virtual Q&A Drop-in sessions begin
Sept 20: Last punches entered in UKG Workforce Central; UKG Pro Workforce Management goes live
Sept 21: First punch in UKG Pro Workforce Management
Sept 22: Last payroll processed in UKG Workforce Central

Oct 1: Workday and expanded Employee Center go live
Oct 1: HR Service Center, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain, begin taking tickets through Employee Center
Oct 1: Self-service job aids for Workday and UKG available in Employee center
Oct 1 – 10: On-site training support available at all hospitals on a rotating basis
