Welcome 2025 Summer Interns!

Earlier this month, we welcomed and onboarded 100 high school and college summer interns!   The interns are placed in both clinical and non-clinical areas within Carilion Clinic!  We cannot thank our leaders enough who have taken an intern for their collaboration and commitment.

We are excited to watch the interns grow with us this summer!   If you see them around, please help them feel welcome & a part of our team here at Carilion!

Students are critical to our workforce strategy, and at Carilion Clinic, a summer internship is more than just temporary employment, it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on a student’s career and the community and more importantly to develop future talent.
