Team work saved the day

We had a patient in the sleep lab who was dropped off for a sleep study but no arrangements had been made for the patient to get back to the facility. We reached out to CPTS and Michelle Isaacs went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation back to the facility for the patient and the caregiver who accompanied him. She was positive and friendly and even though the patient wasn't in her care, she wanted to make sure the patient had a positive experience.
