We do not know each other in person, but during a short phone call, I was impressed with her patience, integrity, and ability to lift up those struggling in the moment. In a quick phone conversation, it is easy to lose sight of the important emotional connections you can make with someone with just a few words. We may not all be in the same building or area, but when in contact with one another, the importance of remembering we are a team, aiming for the same goal, is imperative and can make all the difference in someone's entire day.
