Always a solution

I received the note (see picture) today. One our our community members missed an appointment for her mammogram and came in a day late. Rather than telling her that she would need to set up another appointment, our guest services and mammography staff collaborated with each other and the patient and "worked her in" for her mammogram, preventing her from having to make another trip to the hospital and showing her that at CFMH, we will come up with a solution on the spot!! 

Thank you Diane and our folks in guest services and mammography for taking proper care of this lady and working on a solution that everyone was happy about.
