There are many statements that can describe a great team like, Coming together is a beginning, Staying together is a progress, and Working together is a success. One finger cannot lift a pebble, or No individual can win a game by himself.

I would like to thank Mary C. Carver (Colette) for another year of working together with pharmacy to assure all come together and make collaborative decision on what is best for our patients, and Carilion as a whole! Colette has always made herself and her knowledge available to pharmacy even if it did not concern her department direct. Colette's actions are a true definition of collaboration.
