Over and Beyond Teamwork

I want to shout out a HUGE thank you to Kayleigh Kelch, RN in ED @ CNRVMC. A few weeks ago I was slammed with a bunch of new orders for labs, fluids, and antibiotics for several different patients. I felt like I was "drowning" and was trying to get caught up. Kayleigh came over to me and said that she was going to help me get caught up with my medications and my fluids on several of my patients. She took the initiative and started my IV fluids and antibiotics on several of my patients to help me to get caught up. She was such a great help to me and showed awesome team work. I was relieved that she came to my aid that day. She made my day that day. Thank you so much Kayleigh-you are awesome and the ED is so lucky to have you as a nurse!!
