ICU Staff

I was sitting in the cafeteria by myself at a table one day and a gentleman came and sat with me.  He told me that his brother had been in a motorcycle accident and had been in ICU for over a week.  He said that he was very impressed with the care his brother was receiving.  He noted that everyone was friendly, helpful and truly committed to doing a good job.  He said that every time staff entered the room, they would ask his brother, "How can I help you?"  and would go out of their way to do whatever was needed.  He stated that he was glad his brother was in this hospital, not another one.
