Incredible ED at CRMH

I accompanied a loved one to the ED at CRMH recently and was so impressed with the kindness, compassionate care, and incredible communication we experienced with EVERY staff member we encountered. It was another crazy busy day in the ED -  we arrived with 46 people ahead of us on the roster and people were streaming in behind us. All the rooms were full, waiting room was full, people lined the halls, and providers were coming out to care for people in privacy nooks they could find in or near the waiting room.

EVERY SINGLE staff member was calm, kind, and focused during our 3.5 hour stay. The ED team is ON IT - we couldn't believe we were in and out in a reasonably short period, considering how busy it was! 

As a bystander, I witnessed great teamwork among each level of provider, and lots of smiles while they were inundated with sick and hurting people. Dr Moore was straightforward, kind, compassionate, and had a delightful sense of humor.  

We hope not to need an ED again, but if we do, we'll go straight to CRMH!
