A patient came to Velocity Care in Lexington. As the patient turned on the road towards Velocity Care she told me she heard a 'hissing' noise. She discovered she had a flat tire once she parked.

Chaz Ryder MOT at Velocity Care went out and changed her tire for her while she was being seen in the Velocity Care/Urgent Care.

Chaz Ryder efficiently changed the tire, despite it  also being 95 degrees outside.

The patient was very appreciative that Chaz was able to change her tire on her car. Chaz went above and beyond in Customer care and Service!

Beth Higgins MOT also went to check on the progress of the tire change, and brought cold water to Chaz.
