Carilion Children's Annual Pediatric Memorial Service

After a lengthy hiatus due to COVID, we were able to bring back our Carilion Children's Annual Pediatric Memorial Service to honor the children and the families we have cared for over the last several years. We held the service on Saturday June 8th on Mill Mountain. I want to give a huge shout out to my very supportive and energetic team who helped to bring this program back for our community. I could not have done this without all of you! My team showed compassion, commitment and collaboration throughout this process. Huge thanks to Sarah Kress (Child Life Specialist), Courtney Murphy (PICU RN), Macy Ware (Children's Miracle Network Director), Keith Little (Chaplain), Patrick Randolph (Special Projects Director), Sharon Parker (Clinical Program Manager for Carilion Hospice), and Lisa Linger (Healing Arts Program Manager).
