CCPT at Glenvar High School Graduation

Kudos to the CCPT crew who accompanied a patient to the Glenvar High School Graduation ceremony on Wednesday, May 22nd. It was hot and muggy outside, but the great care you all provided the patient was noticed and appreciated by multiple families in the bleachers.
