Healing Arts & Employee Wellness Collaboration Builds Community

I want to recognize our Employee Programs Manager, Julie Blanchard, and Artist in Residence, Michele Walter, for bringing the Healing Arts to our employees!

Julie and Michele led painting experiences as part of our Week of the Nurse events & beyond, allowing staff a few moments to unwind and enjoy the creative process. Michele created three watercolor paintings that staff could easily duplicate over cards containing uplifting quotes and poems. The art was lovely but the shared moments of community were the most beautiful!

We also want to thank Lisa Linger and Shirley Holland for their partnership to provide Healing Arts resources to our colleagues. This collaboration makes us #CarilionProud!
