Kindness matters

Greg Hamm has the heart of a servant, which makes him an amazing human. He cares so much for his co-workers, his community and his patients. This week was no different. Greg was working Tazewell ED when he received a phone call from a concerned family member. She shared with him that she had called all the ERs around before calling Tazewell. Because Greg did what he always does and was kind and caring, she chose to bring her loved one to Tazewell for care. Greg consistently goes above and beyond for our patients, while remaining humble. Thank you, Greg, for all that you do! We appreciate you and want you to know that your kindness does make a difference.
