She exemplifies the nurses’ values, has extraordinary compassion, demonstrates excellence during the delivery of patient care, and compassion when caring for myself. I think and feel during my personal care she answered all concerns and questions. All the facts above are important to alleviate fears and assist in a speedy recovery (this was my first major surgery).

Melinda was very good at explaining what was going on with my mother. Explaining everything she did when she came into the room. Very nice and respectful.
