Congratulations CRCH Outpatient Surgery!

CRCH Outpatient Surgery Center received an honorable mention for Environmental Stewardship by Outpatient Surgery Magazine's OR Excellence Awards!  Their programs to reduce soft plastics waste through recycling and their blue wrap reduction program were highlighted. 

Through these two programs, CRCH OPS has:

• Recycled 1,400 pounds of soft plastics
• Prevented 1,100 pounds of blue wrap from entering the landfill by converting surgical trays wrapped in blue wrap to reusable, metal containers
