Great Job Team Neurosurgery

I would like to recognize Octavia Hairston, MA and Trina Alachnowicz, Surgery Scheduler for their excellent patient care and collaboration this week. Octavia was faced with a difficult patient care situation and handled it like a pro, with compassion and kindness. By the end of the interaction, the patient was smiling. Trina had a patient call with a medical question and made sure that the nurse was aware and called the patient back, ensuring timely and effective care & communication. Without her help, the outcome could have been less than favorable. I am super proud to be a part of this team with such great caregivers! Great job team Neurosurgery!
