Who Do You Know Who Is Doing Great Work? Post About Them!

Let your co-workers know how much you appreciate who they are and the work they do by posting on the Wow Wall about them! 

Here are five steps to creating a great Wow Wall post: 

1. Go to the Create New Post page.
2. Create a descriptive headline that will let people know what the post is about. How can you summarize the post in six or seven words?
3. Write a full description of the impressive work, excellent skill, compassionate care, helpful attitude or other act that you want to recognize. Include the person's (or people's) first and last names in the post so we know exactly who is receiving your praise.
4. Add a photo of who you're writing about if you can. It's always nice to put a face with a name!
5. Share the URL of your post with your team/department. Everyone is able to add comments to share additional kudos.
