Spectacular sitter!

Sofia Hernandez is a new patient care tech who works in Resource Pool and was a 1:1 sitter for an ICU patient. She demonstrated great care and compassion for the patient she was sitting with and provided excellent care to them. She was kind, patient, and always attentive to the patient and their needs. She did an amazing job working with the primary nurse to help care for the confused patient. She was quick to try and calm the patient down when they became restless by providing reassurance and promoting patient safety. Thank you Sofia for being an amazing coworker and patient advocate!!!
