Sweatpants drive is in full swing!
From youth volunteers doing TV interviews to employees leaving bags in drop-off boxes, the 2023 clothes drive is in full swing! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Carilion employees and members of the community who have donated!
And it's not over yet. You still have time to donate adult sweatpants and pajama bottoms to help the youth volunteers replenish the CRMH Clothes Closet. We have plenty t-shirts, but are in desperate need of bottoms to give discharging to patients, whose clothes were cut off during treatment. That's why we're asking for your help. We gladly accept new or gently used sweatpants or pajama bottoms and have drop-off boxes around the Carilion CMC campus:
CRMH South Lobby; CASB Lobby; Riverside 3; CRCH Lobby and Tanglewood.
We also accept cash. Checks made out to The Carilion Clinic Foundation as well as the cash can be taken to the Guest and Volunteers Services office on 1South at CRMH.
Thank you again to the Carilion community for supporting our youth volunteers in this worthwhile effort.
