Compassion

Great job and true dedication to your patient well being.  They had a trauma patient whose husband died in the crash. They were able to coordinate with the local funeral home and arrange for the family to have a private viewing on their floor so that she and immediate family could say their goodbyes before she went to community rehab for 2 weeks.  Her RN that day was Sarah Booth
