Amazing Lady

This wow wall is dedicated to Ms. Jamie Tan in Patient Access in the emergency room. A few weeks ago my family member came in very sick and Jamie Tan was very kind and thoughtful to them, along with my other family members that came to support them. She was very polite, generous and eager to help my family member with her generosity kind soul. She was very precise, efficient and quick to register them. Jamie did not know this was my family until I came into the emergency department and they spoke very highly of Jamie. My family said she was the "nicest patient access lady" they have ever met and thanked her for being so polite, and courteous to them on that day of their visit. I just wanted to give her praise because anytime I pass by her department/desk, she is always sincere and kind and truly cares for everyone.She treats every single patient like family and no doubt she will go far here. I admire Jamie Tan so much and wanted to give a shout out and praise for her selflessness and caring heart. Thank you Jamie!!!
