LEADERSHIP MAKES A DIFFERENCE

I want to take time to shout out Pamela Plaster of Parkview site location. Pamela is the team lead in our department, and she is a true inspiration through her leadership. Leadership is one of the most powerful impacts in making a difference. Pam continuously creates an environment through her leadership that is motivating, caring, kind, supportive, encouraging and uplifting. Pam is a true reflection of that! Pam teaches us that together we can do everything but being independent in our learning and growing is important too. Pam takes care of us in every aspect of our day-to-day operations. Pam is very much appreciated more than she will ever know.
