Angel in Disguise

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Nickie Ratcliffe, RN, BSN, she is the Office Manager here at FCM-Dublin, she started her in May/June 2022, she has been a God send to this office, she is an amazing Office Manager, but above all is an AMAZING person, she has done so much for our office in the short time that she has been here, she goes above and beyond to make sure our patients and our staff are taken care of, she gets out and works on the floor to help us nurses out, she helps out in our front office to make sure the ladies up there are taken care of.  She always comes in with a big smile on her face. She always makes her rounds several times a day to make sure that we are all doing ok and to see if we need any help with anything, even if we are working short staffed due to staff being out sick or for other reasons, she always says we will get through this a day, everything will be just fine.  She always has her door open if we need to talk to her whether it be work related or problems outside of work, she never judges, always listens and gives excellent advice.  She is very intelligent, and if she doesn't know the answer to something she will find out, she is all about us learning new and different things, she is all about making sure that our whole staff is informed of new things coming and makes sure that we have the appropriate amount of time to learn the new things before they start.
