Above and beyond Committment and Compassion

I work with a great team at CC Family Practice South Main Rocky Mount. Everyone here are great. On this particular day recently, we had a pt on our schedule with Dementia. Upon arrival to her apt with us, she was confused and refused to get out of the car to come in. The family called and let us know she was here but still in the car. The front staff informed the nurse Ikeshea Stockton that she was here but would not get out of the car to come in. Ikeshea went out to the car  hoping to calm her and make her feel comfortable enough to come on in with her, with no luck. Her appointment  was with Emily Waller our PA.  Emily went out to the car to see this pt for her appointment (rather than cancel or reschedule). These 2 are an asset to our practice and I just wanted to let them know we appreciate them and I know our patients do too.
