WOW to Cindy Fallon

I have been working on the TSG team for less than a year, and it's a team of great people. But Cindy stands out because she is always willing to help. Recently I went on call for my first time. I noticed that I was assigned to an incident, but my phone did not ring or alert me. It turns out that I was missing an app that is needed for this. Cindy called me and we walked through the phone.  Together we got the phone working properly. Its teammates like that who help others even if it's not their responsibility. Thanks Cindy, I really appreciate your help.
