Wow for Aida Vugdalic, Riverside 3 Pharmacy.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the pharmacy technician at Riverside 3 Pharmacy, Aida Vugdalic.  She went way out of her way to help me, a fellow Carilion Employee, get things straight on a pharmacy discount card for Xarelto.  If it hadn't been for her in the first place I would not have known that was available to me.  She told me how to get it and I did. When I went to use it yesterday, they had it messed up on the issuing company's end.  I got bounced around from number to number and then she stepped in and talked to them and stayed on the phone until they fixed it.  She saved me $75.00 doing that and took her busy time out to help me.  So wow for her!!  

They are always so professional at Riverside 3 pharmacy and so caring.
