World Castleman's Disease Day

July 23rd is World Castleman Disease Day. Castleman's Disease is a rare autoimmune disease that has no cure. I was diagnosed in March of 2020 and have been traveling to Duke for treatments every 3 weeks since. My work family at Brambleton has shown me great love and support in my Castleman's journey.
