Women's ERG hosts first in-person quarterly meeting with Jeanne Armentrout

The Carilion Clinic Women's ERG hosted our first in-person panel discussion with Carilion's Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Jeanne Armentrout to discuss Women in Leadership in 2023. We had approximately 60 employees join our discussion in-person and via Microsoft Teams.

Our group discussed ways to navigate leadership as a female, manage work-life balance and how our Women's ERG can continue to support our female employees. We are so thankful to have had Jeanne join us for such an engaging discussion! 

Our next in-person meeting will be held on Friday, Sept. 8 at noon at Tanglewood in the Mill Mountain Room to discuss women’s health with Dr. Jaclyn Nunziato. More information on how to sign up will be shared soon.
