Vision Award Winner - Jared Vest

Jared presented a suggestion to set up training scenarios and review periodically the safety devices we would actually have to use in emergencies.   He noticed that our safety training was on generic devices and not what we actually use. An example provided was our AED which in the training talked to you but ours did not.  The staff wanted a recent code to go better and they were talking about ways they could improve and were making suggestions for improvement to their leader.  He took the action steps to bring this forth and helped us adjust and bring attention to this topic. 

It is important to think about safety and to debrief our teams work.  Jared did an excellent job of thinking through how we can do better and acted upon it.
