TSG elves stuff stockings for Carilion patients

Submitted by krdillon on

The spirit of giving was alive at Carilion’s Technology Services Group when a group of employees organized a drive to collect items to stuff 250 holiday stockings and donate them to Carilion’s pediatric and adult patients. Soon after the call for donations went out, warm gloves and hats, fuzzy socks, coloring books, crayons, colored pencils, toys of all types, and a prized collection of Beanie Babies poured in. TSG elves spent two consecutive Thursdays at TSG stuffing the stockings and boxing them up before they were transported on Dec. 9 to CRMH and the Rehab. Huge thanks to elf organizers Cedreca Strickland-Peacock, Mable Jones, Karen Mitchell, John Mello, Matt Jordan, Aimee Arias, Zack Gordon, Jess Wall, and to everyone who contributed!
